    I assume you don't want to save a script but to compile it.
    Once you're done writing your script, press the button with a gear icon and click the button "Copy" in the small window that will open.
    Then go to your NPC in Advance Map, click on the text bar at the right of "Script Offset", delete everything but the "$" and press Ctrl+V.
    After that just go to File>Save and test.
