    i need help i dont no were to get relic anth and i also dont no what lvl wialmier gets to evolve into wail lord if u could answetr these i would be every grateful
     
    This should be in Simple Questions (Sticky at the top of the page). But you are new, so I'll let you off this time.

    I forget offhand where you get Relicanth, but a Wailmer evolves to Wailord at L40.
     
    Also may I add: If you don't get those Pokemon you can't get the legi bolders
