    I've been trying to rebuild the rom to test the changes I made but I don't know what to do, and couldn't find a guide for that.

    You rebuild the rom by running the "make" command like you're trying. If you've not done it before you probably haven't actually installed the disassembly properly. If you have been able to build the project before, the problem is caused by the changes you made.
