Can somone make me some edited rayquaza sprites for my hack?

Can somone turn rayquaza into a pokemon which looks like a leaf version of him?I need a legendary for forests since my hack will be very greenish(alot of forests, and team magma is trying to destroy nature.I need a grass uber and it just so happends rayquaza sucks =P besides ever saw a dragon and grass type?
