4th Gen Can you get a Combee?

Hiyas, can you get a Combee before the National Dex in the Bug Catching Contest?

BECAUSE I SERIOUSLY LOVE COMBEE.

You can get it! After you get the national dex, of course. That's where I got mine :D.

You can also headbutt rees in certain places, like in Cerulean City, and find some.

yea but dont you need to have rock climb to get them?
And i did mention that you need the nat. dex.

On Serebii, I read that you can get them on Route 25 (via Headbutt) as well as some other routes, so obviously Rock Climb is not needed.

No, no rock climb needed, but you as said do need the National Dex first to get them (either via headbutt trees or the Bug Catching Comp).
