4th Gen Can You Get a Friend Code on a ROM?

    I just imported Pokemon Platinum and I have it on an emulator. Can you get a friend code on a ROM?
     
    To put it simply, no. To get an FC, you'd have to connect to Nintendo Wi-Fi connection which you can't do on an emulator. (However, using a ROM on a flash cartridge works fine).
     
    and how do i get the rom on a flash cartridge.
