Can you get duplicate cards from one pack?

I opened some packs during XY era where the commons were replaced by uncommon and the first 3 cards were the same as the last 3 cards.

I also recently opened a Sun and Moon era pack that had 2 of the same commons unit.

With Pokémon's quality it's not surprising to find many error packs.
 
I've opened some with for example Card A then behind it Card A holo or reverse holo. So same card but slightly different. Otherwise I have never had exactly the same card. =]
 
I've never had a straight up dupe when opening a pack. But i have had the reverse holo directly adjacent to the normal version of the card before lol.
