    Curious's Heart Gold Team 2010!
Can you help create perfection? o.O

My team is basically pretty varied, and I know it definately isn't perfect, and could do with a touch up! This team as earned me 16 Badges - 8 for Johto and 8 from Kanto also claiming 4 time champion of the Elite Four. Yes I have beaten them with thier rematched teams. What I am aiming to recieve is some honest, constructive critism about my team. Not the nonsense of "ITZ so AWESOME 10/10 !!!111!!!" cause that doesnt help me. :3 Alright let's get down to work.

(You may notice I have layed it out sorta like a competitive team rating thread.)
    Team From a Glance:

    Other Captured and Trained Pokemon:

(Plus more, but these are the main ones.)

    -------------------------------------------------------------------

Anyway here are my team in a little more detail.

    "image removed"
    Pigeot - Level 64:
    - Air Slash
    - Mirror Move
    - Secret Power
    - Roost

Pigeot is the weakest pokemom of my team but Air slash is a great STAB move escpecially against Grass Types. Secret Power gives it a little bit of backup against an Ice type as there may be a chance of it making such opponent pokemon fall asleep or get paralysed ect. Roost to regain health and Mirror Move just because i's sneaky. ;3

    "image removed"
    Dragonite - Level 76
    - Thunder Punch
    - Fire Punch
    - Dragon Dance
    - Outrage

Fantastic pokemon, destroys stron enemies escpecially ice types with fire punch but it does need to be careful. Dragon Dance to up the power and speed of Fire Punch hoping to get a One hit KO on enemies before they can do any serious damage. Outrage for a strong Dragon type move. XD

    "image removed"
    Rypherior - Level 72
    - Earthquake
    - Stone Edge
    - Stealth Rock
    - Hammer Arm

Rypherior is a great pokemon to send out stealth rock and then start dealing some massive damage with Earthquake and Stone Edge. I have equipped it with a quick claw since originallyit is quite slow, and once it uses hammer arm it's speed drops even lower. V.V Also and obviously, hammer arm for ice types and occansionaly rock and ground types. :)

    Meganium - Level 69
    - Solarbeam
    - Toxic
    - Reflect
    - Sunny Day

Meganium to me is more of a defensive pokemon slowly dealing damage and occansionly dealing massive damage with a one turn solar beam combined with Sunny Day. Toxic to slowly decrease opponent's ealth and reflect to weaken stron Special attacks form fire types and ice types.

    "image removed"
    Feraligatr - Level 70
    - Ice Punch
    - Waterfall
    - Superpower
    - Hydropump

Ice punch for grass types and super power for ice types. It is a great killer and dominates the field with the opponents it fights best against. Simple as that.

    "image removed"
    Typhlosion - Level 84
    - Flamethrower
    - Focus Blast
    - Blast Burn
    - ---

Yeah, Typhlosion is a massive damage dealer but I have trouble teaching it varied moves. Focus blast to obviously deal with ground and rock types and fire for ice and plant.

Hope you like my team and fell free to rearrange it with each of the other previous once caught or news ones I havent captured. :3

    Thanks so much and bye.

For Feraligatr, I'd use the following: Ice Punch, Waterfall, Crunch, Earthquake. It hits 10/17 types for Super-Effective damage, and does neutral damage against the rest. Crunch over Hydro Pump because Hydro Pump's accuracy is less than reliable. And Earthquake over Superpower because Earthquake is better for Feraligatr's higher Atk stat.

I also wouldn't use Stealth Rock, as it's pretty useless in-game without Whirlwind/Roar. I'd use ThunderPunch on Typhlosion over Blast Burn as recharge moves are bad in my opinion, and Swift in your final move slot.

I also highly recommend Roost on Dragonite as well, to heal any damage taken while setting up with Dragon Dance.

    Surf > Waterfall.
    Agree totally with everything else.

Your Pidgeot seems pointless in that team though.
You have Dragonite, Feraligatr and Typhlosion that can all wipe out Grass types, all Pidgeot is there for is Fighting types really, and well if that's all it's there for I would recommend removing it and adding in Alakazam with the moveset; Calm Mind, Psychic, Shadow Ball, Focus Blast.

That will take care of Ghost/Psychic/Dark/Poison pokemon that you currently aren't covering and it takes care of the Fighting types that Pidgeot would have.

Plus, Alakazam > Pidgeot on speed and sp. attack. :)
And with Alakazam in there instead of Pidgeot, with those movesets, you have full 17/17 type coverage.

As jab2033 said, drop Stealth Rock on Rhyperior. Try Megahorn, which adds coverage over Grass, Psychic and Dark types (although Hammer Arm is more accurate and better for dark-types).

What is your Typhlosion's Hidden Power type?
I personally would use two fire moves, however, try something like this:

Eruption / Flamethrower / Focus Blast / Hidden Power Rock or Grass (fire and flying types, or water, ground and rock-types).

Alakazam is definitely good, Gengar's a viable alternative too, if you use him, try something like this: Thunderbolt / Shadow Ball / Focus Blast / Hidden Power (Fire or Ice, to cover either grass/bug/steel or dragon/flying/ground) or Psychic (to get Alakazam's coverage over fighting-types.

Waterfall > Surf. Sorry to contradict Fever yet again, but his base Attack is 105, 26 points higher than his base 79 Special Attack (to make it more obvious, his special defense is higher than his special attack, but attack is his highest stat).

If you evolve your last Eevee, Espeon is another brilliant special sweeper. It's outclassed in stats by Alakazam, however, if you prefer it, it can run an almost identical Psychic / Shadow Ball / Calm Mind / Signal Beam set. Signal Beam is over Grass Knot (his best other option) in order to hit those annoying dark-types.

on your rhyperior, i think you should teach it avalanche and megahorn.
rhyperior almost always attacks second, so you can get rid of dragon/rock/ground/grass pokemon with 240 attack. megahorn gets rid of psychics.

First of all, learn to spell.

Second, Typhlosion should have Overheat/Focus Blast/two type coverage moves. It doesn't have much for coverage so a Hidden Power that can hit Water-types is a must.

Third, Meganium needs something to take care of Fire-types. Stealth Rock support is underrated in-game, especially against Lance (rematch) and Red.

yo dude you want perfection heres perfection but its really a difficult strategy to use thats work only 20% of the time you only need 3 pokemon

    Shedinja,Sableye,Gengar/alakazam

use gengar or alakazam skillswap with shedinja then swithc shedinja with sableye and use skill swap again with sableye

this is wht you have now a sableye than can only be hit by his weakness in other word none :) its defintelty smthing risky cause if you mees up ur overall team will be wiped out easly but its worth trying
