Capturing Salamence in Ranger help!

Hi all!

I'm having the hardest time trying to capture Salamence in the 1st Pokemon Ranger game. I can get to within about 15HP of capturing it, but that's about it. Help plz!

Salamence can be captured easily when he is flying only. When the capture starts, it will stomp on the stage to break the styler. Draw a small diagonal line in front of it. It will use Hyper Beam, then it will stomp on the stage again. Then it will fly. When it flies, draw the loops as quick as possible. (Note: 22 loops are needed)
Another Note: I won't recommend using Plusle's/Minun's Assist, since Salamence is a Dragon-group.
