I don't know of any such things, myself. Your best bet might be cases designed to hold pages of CD sleeves.

Normally most ultrapro binder sheets are a little big, but if you put a card in with a sleeve you can't really fit anything else into the pocket. Other than that, most binders are scaled to the specific card game's card size.

These hold toploaders :D They're pretty big though, and also the only binders of their kind. Pricey, but if you have a large ultra rare collection they are worth it.

Other than that, I put all my cards in Ultra Pro Platinum sleeves, then in UP Platinum binder pages. They don't quite fit lengthwise but they fit well enough (only about 3mm sticking out of the top) :) Only 1 card per pocket though, not back to back. Also I put them in the sleeves upside down, to protect them properly.
