Cardcaptoring [PG-13]

Jerezara laughed at the two guardians arguing with one another.

"You two are such children! Could you act your age? Or at least half your age?" she asked, still chuckling at the two."

Zander looked at Camy slightly confused. "So you're a. . . cardcaptor?" he asked, making sure he understood correctly.

Camy nodded. "Yes." then she felt something, and her body went rigid. Show time.
 
Bianca gasped when Spinner jumped on top of Cero. She was about to pull them apart when Aqua got up and seperated them.

"My teeth are perfect!" Cero growled and pouted as he was put in a corner.

"I swear. Sometimes I feel we are the adults and Cero and Spinner are the children." Bianca sighed softly.
 
Aqua laughed at Bianca's comment.

"You make it sound like you've known them for at least a year when we've only known them for like a day."Aqua laughed out."So what did happen to you to make you grab the staff?And what was the first card you captured?"Aqua asked again."Mine was freeze.I was at a ice scating rink and my sister got frozen and a grabbed the staff to help myself get up when my feet were frozen,and I caught Freeze card using it."

"Thanks to me."Spinner said.

"What'd you do?Aqua asked.

"I don't know but I did something!"Spinner said.

"Riiiiight."She replied.

Aqua pulled out her other notebook and began to write on her mystery story again while she waited for Bianca to reply.She loved writing and music.Best Damn Thing by Avril Lagivne came on.She sang along with it as she wrote and waited for Bianca's reply.

Miharu just watched silently as the events happened. It seemed that Aqua-san and Bianca-san were ignoring her, which was alright. She was one of the people who liked to sit back and watch the interactions between people. Miharu inwardly sighed. Two Clow Cards had activated at her house, which meant that they could have possibly been here the whole time, or that they were drawn to the three cardcaptors. Miharu hoped it was the latter since it would mean that her sister wasn't in much danger after all. If they were already there the whole time and Miharu couldn't sense them...who knows how many more Clow Cards were still there? What if another Clow Card activated and it was only her sister at the house and the card was dangerous? Miharu would never forgive herself if her sister got hurt.

Serexina shook his head as Kero and Spinner got into a fight. They were really such children; and Jerezara didn't help much by trying to add fuel to the fire.

Suddenly, Miharu blinked as she felt a quick presence of a Clow Card before it disappeared. Miharu and Serexina shared a glance, it seemed that they both had felt it. Miharus' eyes roamed across the room when she noticed that a soda can that was there was not there anymore. She narrowed her eyes slightly. She would have noticed if someone had taken the soda can and the last time she glanced at the soda can pile, there was four. Now, there were three. Miharu's mind raced as she tried to come up with a card that could make things disappear. Disappear would probably not be a good card's name, so what are synonyms for disappear? Taken away...Erase...Miharu blinked. If anything, it would probably be Erase.

There is a card named Erase, right?

Serexina blined. How did you know that?

The Clow Card presence that we felt earlier? It made a soda can disappear. I am going to guess that the card name is Erase and I was correct.

You should probably unleash the staff.

Probably.

Miharu grabbed her key and whispered, "Key that holds the power of the universe, I, Miharu Mizushima, ask the staff to lend their power in my battles and in any troubles I may find. Release!"

The key turned into the staff and Miharu closed her eyes as she tried to figure out where the Erase card would be. She ignored Aqua-san's aura, Camy-san's aura, and the guardian's auras. All she focused on was trying to find where the Erase card was. Suddenly, she felt a surge from the cabinet behind her. Miharu spun around and opened the cabinet door, pointing her staff at the Erase card.

"Return to the guise Clow has created, Erase!"

Erase turned into its human form, a joker, before turning into mist and becoming a card. It flew towards Miharu who caught it with ease. Miharu then wrote her name down on the card and allowed the staff to go back to the key form. She sat down on the futon and sighed, but managed to smirk.

"Well, if we manage to continue at the rate we are going, we may be able to find all of the Clow Cards by next week," Miharu stated.
 
Aqua's head turned to Miharu.

"Wow,I'd hate to get on your bad side now that you have the erase card."Aqa said laughing.

It suddenly hit her she forgot to sign her name on the float's card.She quickly pulled a pen out of her backpack,picked the card up,and wrote it down on there.

"That could have been a disaster."Aqua said putting it back down and sitting the pin next to it.

She began sipping her soda again.The CD ended and she opened another case that had another CD in it.A disk fell out.On the top it said "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1".

"I forgot I put that in there."She said laughing."Anyone wanna watch Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows part 1?'

"I haven't seen that one yet."Spinner said.

"I didn't know you even had time to watch any of them."Aqua replied.

"Well I do."He replied.
 
Bianca laughed. "Yeah, it feels like Kero's been with me for more then that, though." She said as she softly patted Kero's head.

"Oh wow." Bianca said looking at Aqua. "It must have been scary to have your sister frozen... Are you two close?"

"Well, the first one I captured was Fly." Bianca said taking out a Clow card. She looked at Fly. "I was walking home from the library and and a giant bird came at me. The bird grabbed me so I wasn't touching the ground. My staff appeared next to me and I grabbed it since it was the only weapon I had."

Bianca noticed Miharu call her staff and she watched her caught Erase silently.

"Nice job, Miharu." Bianca said after she caught Erase and her staff turned back into a keychain. "Yeah. They seem to be coming to us in a increasing rate."

"That's not always a bad thing. The sooner the four of you collect all 13 cards the safer the world will be." Kero said.

Bianca looked at Aqua. "I've never watched anyone of them. I don't watch movies much."

"You mostly write music?" Kero asked looking at her.

Bianca blushed a little. She hadn't told anybody that she wrote music. Never found somebody that would have been intrested. "-S-Sometimes. I read also." Bianca studdered, ducking her head.
 
"Yeah I'm more close to her then I am Mom and Dad...actually I'm adopted,my mom and dad died in a car accedent.I write stories and songs,I play and sing the songs and my guitars.I wrote a play once for school and they picked it to do for the school play!I played the main girl."Aqua said.



"You sure your new parents arn't your aunt and uncles trying to hide the fact your the biggest wizard in history"Spinner said laughing.You write stories and songs,play guitar,scateboard,ice scate,and now capture clow cards,is there anything you don't do?"

"I don't scate normally,or cook,much anyways...."Aqua replied.

Spinner looked at her.

"Yeah they're coming quicker then you can say Magical."Aqua said.

Aqua put another CD in the music player and According to you came on.

"I love this song too!"Aqua exclaimed and she started singing it,on key.
 
Miharu shrugged. "Aqua-san is already on my bad list because of the joke she stated. Congrats, Aqua-san is going to be erased soon." Although she said it in a completely serious tone of voice, there was a spark of amusement in her eyes.

Miharu paused. "My first card was Arrow. It would appear at random places when I was alone and try to shoot my foot. In fact, it almost did once since I was caught off guard; it came while there were still a lot of people around. It actually almost inserted itself into my foot, but sensei was there to stop it." Miharu paused again. The words that sensei had told her were still echoing in her mind. She hadn't been in too much danger with the Arrow, so why would sensei tell her to be careful? Perhaps he knew something about the Clow Cards. If so, then how would he know about it? And he also mentioned Master Sim too. Did he also know about the Clow Cards. Miharu's mind whirled at an extremely fast pace, trying to figure out the puzzle it had been given to solve. When no solution came exactly to mind, Miharu pushed the puzzle to the side. If need be, she could always ask them.
 
"Oh, I'm sorry." Bianca said. The words sounded hollow to her, though she really meant what she said. It was just that everybody said they were sorry when somebody loses somebody. Bianca didn't know how that felt. Even though she had absent parents. It wasn't the same. They were still alive and she would have had to have a close realtionship with them. Which, she might have had when she was small, when she was the baby of the family. Bianca pushed tears back. I'm done crying over them. She told herself. Though, her parents weren't all bad. Bianca remembered something that usually warmed her heart a little. It was a hand grabbing her arm, before she fell into the water. That horrible day, on the bridge that Illusion had took her too.

(OCC: I seen you guys' posts. I just wanted to end my post with Bianca lost in thought.
 
"I'll freeze you."Aqua said with a serious tone."Wow....a arrow huh?Sounds painful."

Aqua turned to Spinner who was glaring a Cero.

"Don't you dare Spinner."She said.

The song Who Says (selena gomez) turned on her music player.Aqua began to sing.She stopped and looked at the clock.11:38pm.

"Time flies by when your having to catch Clow Cards."Aqua said."Spinner,is there a card that controls time?"

"Well the time card can speed,slow down,or freeze time.And the return card can send you back to any time in history."Spinner replied."Return is one of your cards.

"Oh joy."Aqua replied.

Spinner laughed.

"She always has a hour glass with her,so if you see someone with a hour glass who's a lady,they're most likly a clow card,time is a man with a hour glass."Spinner said.

"Okay then..."Aqua said.

Aqua turned to Bianca.

"Its okay,its not like its your fault or anything,its whoever hit them on the road and made the car fall over a cliff.Thankfully I was at a friends house."Aqua said to her half smiling.
 
Binaca didn't hear Aqua's words. She was lost to the world, deep in her thoughts. Bianca remembered that day clearly. It was when her mom use to take her places. They had just finished walking around. It had been as the sunset. They had came to a bridge where they could see the sunset clearly. With nothing blocking it. Bianca's mom had put Bianca on the railing, so she could see the sunset better. Bianca didn't know what actually happened, what caused her mother to let go of her. However, once Bianca was sitting up on the railing by herself, she fell towards the river.
 
Aqua fell asleep around 12am and had a strange dream.

"Spinner?"Aqua said.

Spinner didn't move.

"Are you okay Spinner?"Aqua asked.

No movement or talking from Spinner.When she turned around she knew why.Her Sabrina and her new parents were standing there.

"Heeey guys."Aqua said.

"What is this about clow cards and you being a cardcaptor?"Her foster dad asked.

"What?"Aqua replied.'

"Sabrina told us."Her foster dad said.

"For breaking my cds."Sabrina said.

"I didn't break your cds!"Aqua exclaimed.

"I saw you doing it."Sabrina replied.

Her mom and dad walked out.

"Was it a clow card then?"Sabrina asked.

"Spinner?"Aqua said turning to him.

"The Mirror card could have done it..."He said.

"The what card?"Aqua asked.

Aqua woke up at 6am she stood up and stretched.She didn't remember her dream.She sat back down and began to write on her mystery story while she waited for everyone else to get up.

"Morning Aqua."Said Spinner who was waking up too.

"Morning Spinner."Aqua replied.
 
Miharu looked slightly worried when Bianca-san did not react to what Aqua-san said at all. Miharu knew the look in Bianca-san's eyes. She was remembering something painful, something traumatic. Whatever it was, it was something very painful to Bianca-san. Miharu squeezed Bianca-san's shoulder lightly, before leaving the room in order to change. When she came back, she was dressed in shorts and a t-shirt. She laid down on her futon and fell asleep.

Mani was in her bedroom, writing inside a small book. She mumbled out the things that she wrote into the book out loud.

"The metal knight crept behind the beautiful princess and put his sword to her throat. 'I have taken your princess hostage,' said the knight. 'You must come to the Forest of Lybai in order to try and take her back.'

"It was known that the forest was filled with dragons and other magical creatures that hated humans and would do nothing but to kill them. Inside the forest was a huge castle, the knight's castle. It was protected, not only by the forest, but by a maze as well. The castle had booby traps as far as the eye could see, although most booby traps were not noticeable.

"The knight, using his hostage, backed out of the room and left to go to his castle. Soon, this feud will end."

Suddenly, Mani blinked as she felt something sharp and metal touch her throat. She managed to glance beside her and saw a knight.

This must be a Clow Card, she thought. Mani grabbed her pen and the book quickly and wrote;

However, the princess's sister was able to bypass everything with ease. She defeated the dragon with arrows, was able to sneak pass every other creature in the forest, and saw each of the booby traps. She then defeated the knight and the princess was--

Before she could finish writing, the knight had taken the book and pen, before dragging Mani out of the room. Mani sighed, slightly so the blade wouldn't cut her, and knew that Miharu would be able to save her.

Miharu eyes snapped open, already half up, before glancing at the clock. 5:34am. It was about time for her to get up anyways. Miharu wrote down a note, saying that she was going for a jog, before walking upstairs. She had slept in her jogging clothes as she normally did. She grabbed her ipod and clipped it onto her shorts, putting on her tennis shoes and putting the ear buds in her ears. She turned on the ipod, then left the house and started jogging.
 
Aqua looked up.She now noticed that Miharu wasn't even there.She saw a note on her futon.It said she went out for a jog.Aqua picked up her backpack and walked to the bathroom.She changed into her normal cloths (from the sign up) and put her backpack over her shoulder.She ripped a peice of paper out of her notebook and wrote a note saying she went outside to find Miharu.She walked upstairs and walked outside.She felt something cold land on her shoulder.She looked up.It was snowing!

"Snow,this time of year?"Aqua asked herself.

She felt a presence.She heard something moving in her backpack.She took it off and opened it.Spinner popped out.

"Spinner!"Aqua exclaimed."Do you feel the presence?I think its a clow card!"

"Your right.Its snowing!Why in the world is it snowing!?"Spinner asked.

Aqua saw Miharu walking across the street.Aqua zipped her backpack up as Spinner flew to her shoulder and she ran to Miharu.

"Miharu do you sence the clow card?"Aqua asked."Its snowing,I think that has something to do with a clowcard too!"
 
Miharu glanced up at the sky as it started snowing. She shivered slightly, before narrowing her eyes. She grabbed her key and said the chant.

"Key that holds the power of the universe, I, Miharu Mizushima, ask the staff to lend their power in my battles and in any troubles I may find. Release!"

The key turned into the staff as the snow grew stronger. She felt Aqua-san's presence nearby as Aqua-san said something. However, she still had her ear buds in and couldn't hear, although she read Aqua-san's lips.

"I reckon I felt the presence if I sent out the staff," stated Miharu.

Another Clow Card presence filled the air as sand started to pile up underneath Miharu's and Aqua-san's feet.

"This is obviously Snow and Sand. Wow, alliteration cards. Aqua-san deals with the snow since snow is part of Aqua-san's element and I will deal with the sand since it is part of my element."
 
Aqua turned to Miharu and nodded.

"Right."she said.

She had to hurry before the sand covered her.

"Staff of H20,we are in need of your power,reveal yourself,and help me out!"She chanted.

The key staff once again grew to its actual size.The sand was to her elbows.

"Power card,give me and Miharu the power to move well in the sand and snow,power!"Aqua commanded.

Now Aqua could move okay.She saw a huge cloud in the sky kind of low that snow was coming from.

"Float Card,get me in the air high enough to get to the Snow,Float!"Aqua commanded.

She began to float into the air.When she got onto the cloud she stepped on it and it stuck.She walked futher into the cloud.She saw a lady with hair that went to below her knees in the back and a few inches below her shoulder in the front,and a gym on her forhead,with what looked like a necklace around her neck.

"Snow Card,return to your---"Aqua was cut off as snow card sent a load of snow her way.

The power card helped her stay in place.

"Freeze card,freeze snow where she can't move,Freeze!"Aqua commanded.

Ice formed around snow and she couldn't move.

"Snow card return to your intended form,Snow!"Aqua commanded and white light came from her staff and snow got sucked in.

"Freeze card,return to your intended form,Freeze!'Aqua commmanded and blue light came from her staff and the ice dissappeared.

Two cards floated into her hand,Snow and Freeze.She went to the side where she just was a few minutes ago.Despite the fact she was scared of hights and she was very high up she jumped off and the float helped her get down safly.

"Float card returned to your intende form,Float!"Aqua commanded again.

She left the Power card where Miharu could capture the sand card easily.
 
As Aqua-san floated up, Sand into into, pretty much, a whirlpool of sand. However, since Aqua-san had used the Power card on both herself and Miharu, Miharu was able to beat the currents. However, Miharu figured out that Sand would not be captured until it stopped moving. Miharu named her cards in her head: Arrow, Erase, Flower, Wood. Arrow probably wouldn't hold it down, Erase would probably make it less but it probably could just grow more sand, Flower couldn't really do anything, and Wood...

Trees are erosion preventions. They stop sand, dirt, and other minerals from moving.

Miharu remembered a nice little trivia about trees from school last year. Miharu grabbed Wood and pointed the staff at it.

"Wood, ground Sand by using roots!"

Wood's human form came out, before a seed went into the middle of Sand. There was a small, green glow before huge roots came out of the middle of the sand whirlpool and grounded Sand so it stopped moving. Miharu pointed her staff at the sand in front of her.

"Return to the guise Clow has created, Sand!"

Sand turned into brown mist and changed into a card in front of Miharu, then pretty much threw itself at her. Miharu caught it with ease as Wood turned back to its card form and magically appeared in Miharu's hand. The staff went back into key form as she put the key form on. She wrote her name quickly down on Sand, before turning around and starting to jog again. Just because she got attacked by a Clow Card, doesn't mean that she could stop her training. Pffft, no.
 
Aqua wrote her name on the card and relized she hadn't shrunk her staff and hadn't returned power.

"Power card return to your intended form,power!"Aqua commanded.

The power card magicly appeared in her hand.She put all the cards she used back in her backpack.

"Staff of H20 return to the borrowed form you were given!"Aqua commanded and the staff went to the size of a key and she put it around her neck.

"Good capture."She said to Miharu."Lets go back to your house before more cards attack.

Aqua laughed.She walked back to Miharu and went down into the basement to see Bianca still asleep.She sat down and wrote what happened just a few minutes ago.She relized the only card she had she didn't use was dash.She laughed.She turned on her music and "Make it Happen by Selena Gomez" came on.
 
Miharu continued jogging, focusing only on the music. However, her brain wondered away from the music as she went on autopilot. There was something about that dream that freaked her out. Miharu couldn't help but think that those were dreams that told the future, so she knew that they would happen either soon or later.

It was strange to think that she could see something that was going to happen in the future, but was unable to do anything about it. In the dream, her sister was going to be kidnapped by a character she created. Of course, she could always try to change the path of the future, but doing such things were extremely dangerous and could create a huge backlash. All she could do was wait, and she hated waiting when her sister was in trouble. Miharu scowled slightly, before starting to jog faster. Sometimes, she liked to sit around and watch. Looking, listening, coming to conclusions.

This was not one of those times.
 
Julie pulled a hairbrush and blue ponytail out of her backpack.she walked into the bathroom and brushed her hair.She took her ponytail and tied her hair in it.She smiled at herself in the mirror.She turned around and walked back into the basement room and put on her wedge flip flops.She took a deep breath.She turned her head to bianca who was still sleeping.She looked at the clock.7am.She smiled and put all of her belongings in her backpack.She wasn't going home yet,but she wanted to keep it all togehter in case something came up.Spinner flew off her shoulder and onto the back of the futon.

"You might want to go inside of the backpack."She said.

"Where are we going?"He asked.

"Just to walk around."Aqua replied.

"Okay."Spinner said and he flew in her packpack.

She zipped it leaving the zipper half a cenimenter open for spinner to be able to breath fine and such.She walked back upstairs and walked out the front door and walked down the left sidewalk.She continued walking.She gasped and stopped walking.She swore she just saw herself run around the corner.

"I must be seeing things."She thought.

She walked for about 15 minutes then walked back to Miharu's house.She walked back to the basement.She was getting hungry but she didn't want to bother Miharu's sister.She opened her backpack and Spinner flew back out as she picked up the apple from yesterday she put in before going to the park and she began to eat it.

"What was that gasp about back there?"Spinner asked.

"Oh its nothing."Aqua replied.

"Are you sure?"Spinner asked.

"Yeah."Aqua replied taking another bite out of the apple.
