I haven't come across a captcha challenge in most sites which are case sensitive besides Pokecommunity (probably because many sites i've been on use Google's reCaptcha) so while I was attempting to reset my password It took a couple of tries, under assumption that I could use all lowercase / uppercase to enter the validation code.

I don't know how many people consider it an issue, but I figured it would be helpful to put a note of it somewhere on the forgot my password form.

Allowing lowercase and uppercase letters will increase the number of possible captchas
    only lowercase/uppercase + numbers
    36^4 = 1679616
    uppercase + lowrcase + numbers
    62^4 = 14776336

    Good spot. Done.

Watch out, lowering the captcha combination is not a good thing

Re-read the first post. That's not what we're talking about here.
