It's good how you've kept it to the minimum of 40 cards. Your deck is too random. Decks need synergy and yours lacks that. What you seem to have done is just mashed many high attack monsters together with a lot of random spells and traps.

Even though many people don't play at tournament levels, like yourself, most casual players still play according to the formats in particular, the advanced one. I suggest you follow it regardless. Monster Reborn is the only culprit in your deck and if you took them out, your deck would be entirely legal. You could replace one of the Monster Reborn with Call of Haunted as they have similar effects.

Your deck is really lacking the basics even. e.g. Mystical Space Typhoon, Heavy Storm, Torrential Tribute etc.

My friend told me that my cards were to random to but i asked why it was so bad to use good cards even if they don't relate at all. I could remove the reborns and add the basics.

It's because a deck such as this fails at life when you don't have any answers to a boardlock with Stardust Dragon and Colossal Fighter backed with a Dimensional Prison or some such card. Heck, the majority of this deck gets run over by a single Colossal Fighter.

High attack is worthless in Yugioh these days, so that's why.
