I adore Persian. It really is such a classy cat. It's the sort of cat that you could sick on people if you raised it and it really loved you. I really like Giovanni's Persian for that reason.

I've always enjoyed Meowth's design. It just looks so playful. Skitty comes a close second, but Meowth (and Persian to a lesser extent) takes the cake here.
