Celebi and Mewtwo

Sad to say, I missed the Celebi and Mewtwo wifi event. Though I heard that as long as you get the mystery part or secret slab somehow, you can still see them in opposite games. Is that true?

Celebi can be found in Mystery Forest 10F

Not true. It is proven that Celebi is NOT found in Darkness (without the use of massive cheats, wondermail cheats don't work) and Mewtwo is not found in Time. I have looked all over for Celebi (through every imaginable dungeon, even the event ones) and Mewtwo I have found in Aegis Cave Floor 5. As I do not have Time, I can't say Celebi's location.
