You can't if you don't have a copy of the Japaneese version Pokemon Colosseum and the Japaneese bonus disk. There is no known way of catching Celebi besides that.

there isn't a way besides cheating, or the way that Yame mentioned above. There may be a Nintendo event, but as of now, it hasn't been announced.

Yeah,you will have to cheat or get the jap version of colloseum which is hard to find.

the only ways are japanese colosseum or a gameshark/AR code. there might be a nintendo event but one hasn't been announced to the public
