Change blog link in forum statistics.

    Really, really minute detail that bothers me.

    At the bottom of the forum index, in the forum statistics table, there's a link to the blogs. Clicking it leads to here. All I'm suggesting is changing it on all the styles' templates to go here instead.
     
    Not that I'm against the idea of this, but I'm just curious: what are the positives of making this change? Only because I myself am having a little difficulty in seeing what the improvement would be if we changed it from link 1 to link 2.
