change weather with event

Hi to all, in my rpg project i have put season, and now i want change the weather on a map with event.
i do a conditional branch with this script
"Time.now.mon==8" for set a condition for activate the script, but how i can change the weather? thanks :)

There is a weather-changing NPC in the example maps. Check out Route 7.
