Changing the start position makes the player invisible

I changed my starter position on Pokemon Essentials, and now I can't go through Proff Oaks (Ask Name, Male/Female eat.) start screen, it just skips it, so I go and my Player is Invisible, and if I try and leave it crashes... Please help me!!

Very easy to add back, just put it on your "Intro" map, it's a blank map with two events on it, and these events are the ones that run your Oak intro or debug.

If you still have a starting position on your map, then you've messed with the event that runs your debug intro, should look like this
