Nope, you can't change your username anymore due to it causing server stress. There was an announcement made about it, plus various threads. Instead, just make a new account, or just deal with your current name. D;

As long as you don't pretend to be anyone else, you're good as far as having a second account. Sock-puppeting is against the rules, not having multiple accounts.
