3rd Gen Chansey location question

ok currently im hunting for chanseys to get a lucky egg for leveling my team quicker. i know that they are in the Safari Zone but in r/b/y they were also in the unknown dungeon.

my question is: are they still there and if they are what level do they apper in the cave? also do they appear anywere else but there and the Safari Zone?

I thought they are found on the route to the right of Fuschia City, or was that only in the old games?

In the Metal generation you can trade an Aerodactyl for one, but bleh

Only place to find Chansey now is the Safari Zone. That's it. As for where they are, I believe they are in every area, but are extremely rare (like 1% of appearing), and are stupidly difficult to catch. Best bet is either to just keep throwing Safari Balls and get lucky, or to throw a few baits to keep her around and then throw Balls, but that makes things even harder

Easy Way 2 Get Chansey

Well Chansey isn't actually 1% rare in Safari Zone. Go to the area 2:
AREA 2
AREA 1
ENTRANCE ZONE

CHanseys are found there, and they're 6% rare. It's not very hard.
But do they really have Lucky Egg attached when they are caught? i did not know that.

As said earlier, Chanseys are only found in the Safari Zone now and are as hard as ever to catch.

Poke-Master - Chanseys have held Lucky Eggs in the wild since G/S/C I believe.
