Level it up a bit more...it took me til lv. 11 to get a very good idea of my umbreon's IVs.

Oh my, Xd. If those were accurate, then those are terrible. Hp more of, def more of, and sp.def more of. He doesn't need the special attack and speed, he's not meant for Sweeping.

Blissey pretty much needs a perfect (or close to it) IV in defense and HP...breed a new one. Your parents must be really bad.

Yep. For 714 hp, and 130 def. For maxium survival. Pump 252 hp/252 def/4 sp.atk or sp.def into ev's. And you're set.

4 spA if you use ice beam. If you can get seismic toss, which IMO is far better, the EVs go into SpD.

You need to breed arometherapy onto it with roselia...Blissey just isn't as good without it IMO.

Poor you...Thunder Wave is pwnful too. And yeah, you should breed to get a male roselia with good IVs, so that it is a nice parent to chansey.

Yes. The egg gets one IV in a random stat from the father, and same with the mother. Then, from a random parent, another IV is used, if that made sense. So yes, both parents have to be good.

It won't take as long as you think, I'd say a week if you set your mind to it. It'll be worth it though, the pu8ffball is a monster.

Nope. You have to have a bold one for starters...one with good IVs. Blissey demands perfection, or it'll get run over.
