chansey....

No roselia needs to be male and have aromatherapy, and good IVs would be a blessing. I'm cracking up now b/c I'm reading through some old threads total n00bs started, and one of aragorn's comments just killed me. Blissey needs to be bold, have good IVs, and hold an everstone. Breed them together, and wa-la!

how can you get a good iv chansey if the parents are bad?

While that is true, that doesn't include your own threads. Only other peoples' threads, not your own. I got chewed out by FG, one of the super mods, for that, I suggest you learn from my mistake. And I'm not so great with locations, especially D/P, so I can't help you there. Just look online, you'll find it somewhere.

Trophy Garden, Routes 212, 221, 224, 225, and 229. Also found in the Safari Game. Both games, same routes and stuff. Also, breeding to get good iv's want take as long once you get used too it. ok, i'll catch on. im not used to not following nsider's rules...

and i learned last night that never look for a roselia in route 229 at night ever again. they are like, rare at night since a lot of other pokemon become common like ariados and oddish.

Hmm. Says there Common on Serebii, no matter what time of the day it is. Maybe you were just unlucky?

They're probably all common. Just keep looking. Heck, if you're lucky enough, you could get a good iv'd and Nature +Shiny roselia!

Leaf Storm/Energy Ball/Grass Knot/Sludge Bomb. For the last 4 slots, choose the move that suits you best for Same Type Attack Bonus, or Stab. As for Aromatherapy, you get it as a Roselia. This is just to remind you what set to give it.
 
Itachi...this is only for breeding:D all it needs to know is aromatherapy...and you're good.
 
Just be suer roserade has good IVs, has aromatherapy, and is male.

Yeah. So it can pass down the moves. But didn't smarties say they both had to have the moves? I prefer having the same pokemon with different genders, cause' whenever I don't, my pokemon seem to hate each other. -_-
 
No, because aromatherapy is an egg move. Only with level up moves does what Samrties said apply. I think the same is with emerald tutor moves.

when it says that, serebii says that it is because they both belong to the same OT, and we are focusing on getting a good iv'd blissey:D

last question for good(hopefully):what is the chance of getting a good iv'd baby with only one good iv'd parent? and if not a good chance, how would i get another chansey for the parent? catch another one? or just keep breeding with the parents? and, im switching my clock to daylight._. it's just too hard to run into a roselia at night.

Not great, but it is much more doable than with both parents w/ horrid IVs. Try to get a roserade with a 30/31 IV in both HP and def, or one of those at least. Then, it will become much easier...blissey is one of the hardest pokemon to breed for.
