Why? You already are. <-- (That sentence was less than 25 characters until I added this. Case closed.)
And that post is called bypassing the character limit. You know what happens when you break one of PC's rules? You get a warning.
And you're telling a Mod off? Wow, you're real smart. Seeing how you joined a little over 2 months ago and have 24 posts. Where that Mod joined years ago and knows more about the forum then you.
Considering english was INVENTED by the british I would like to think that they are right.
And after Ausaudriel (a Moderator on PC) said stop going offtopic you do so, why? You just asking for a warning or something? Well, you got your wish.
yeh lets nt tlk bout english or nuthin an get bak to tha thread...or somthink.
You should be so glad that you got a warning from Loquacity. The warning PM I would have sent would have been nice.
Ok, I'm going to spell all of this out for you n00bs. Since some of you have a good understanding of English but can't read or can't understand squat. Ausaudriel spelled it out really really clear, and answered the question of the first post. But everyone just had to be stupid and wanted to act big trying to say they know better then a Mod on this and that. Well, guess what, it didn't work.
So listen good people.
The 25 character limit is there to prevent people from making fairly pointless posts, and to prevent people from going around spamming to run their post count up. They see posts as fitting in, so the higher the post count the better. And what better and quicker way is there then to make really short posts. In the time it takes you to type up a nice post you can have 2 or 3 posts done making posts under 25 characters.
True, some good posts can come from something under 25 characters. But as history goes, people breaking the 25 character limit broke it just to get in something stupid and pointless.
So, what's the point of the 25 character limit? It's to stop a good bit of the spam (not all, but a good bit). If you don't like it, then that's too bad, deal with it. Because it's not coming down anytime soon (and that doesn't mean you can bypass the limit as well).
And since the question has been answered a second time, there isn't a need for this thread to go on (unless anyone else would like to get warnings).
