i have a shiny muk and kyogre with pokerus(non shiny) for your shiny lugia.i also have ev trained pokes but there at lv 70 and not near 300 attack

if you have ev trained pokemon you can test their max stat in a level 100 wifi battle ill battle you later if you need to check
muk and kyogre sounds great for lugia
