I just learned something new. Can you actually record your voice for the move Chatter? Wikipedia says that the louder your voice, the more likey to confuse. You can also change Chatot's battle cry. Is this true?

Yeah, it's completly true. I had found it out on Cheatcc and i had to try it out. I did and it's pretty cool. I'm not so sure about the higher chance of confusion though.

Just teach it chatter go to it in the party and it says chatter in blue like it does for an HM and talk into your DS mike!

yeah u can I have 1 w/ catter, but it only records for like a second to record and u can't understand what u said becasue the ds mic stinks.

I just learned that, The recording sucks. Still cool, though.

I have tried and tried and found out that if you get away from the speaker and say it really loud, it sounds more clear in battle.
