4th Gen Cheats for Cheaters like me

ermmm.... I like got this cheats on my R4 for pokemon Soul Silva!
Theres only 1 cheat i have no clue how to use!!!
Its callled Battle any pokemon
and its got something to do with Master Ballls
I think i remember a friend saying you have to throw away some and TaDa
BUT! i did and the only thing that pops up is Arceus.
Any1? H E L P M E! before i die...
Apparently the info for it is too long!
The only thing you see is(L+R) Get 493 master balls and...
The rest cannot be read...So any1 used this cheat b4?
