    K here is my team im planning on usint and i want to see what you think about it and if i need some adjustments to it.Here it is....

    If your going to use mean look umbreon, you should have a pokemon with stealth rock and spikes, like skarmory. Good annoyer set.

    Id suggest Wish as it can heal other teammates and since youve got Mean Look replace Psychic with Baton Pass leave Dark Pulse for an offensive move just incase if its your last Poke (Credit to Dark_Azelf for that).

    By the way if your going to use Charizard be prepared to get raped from Stealth Rock abuse, Fire+Flying 4x damage from Stealth Rock (did I get that right?)

    Depending really Umbreon can be either a pure special waller, mixed tank or a physical waller (quite frail), just up to the bloke really

    Knowing that Dark Pulse is your only attack, I wouldn't be surprised if you wasted all of those turns, as something that resists Dark Pulse walls you, and they get free set-ups. Use Hypnosis, plx.
    Also, fix the EVs. Max HP comes before defenses.

    I'd switch charizards item. the 10% boost isn't much, I'd go with focus band to cover against unexpected rock attacks
     
    You have absolutely NO Physical sweeper with a base speed at or over 100.

    And this is a problem because all sweepers need to be fast.

    Max HP before defenses on Gallade, Umbreon, and Spiritomb. Gallade needs Leftovers and more support moves, if you're going to use it as an all out sweeper it would probably be better to switch it for CB/Scarfcham. Take the advice already given for Zard and Umbreon. And yes, you need a spinner.
