    Yes you are lucky I'm doing this again.

    Follow my rules or you will not get a banner. I actually put rules this time. Because seriuosly the requests lately are seriously getting messed up. I reccomend reading the rules if you don't your request will be ignored.

    RULES:
    1.Only allowed 2 main pics in your banner. (This means people, animals, etc.)

    2.You HAVE TO provide the picture. I don't want to look for something that's impossible to find.

    3.Give Credit!

    4.The quality and size of the pic has to be workable with because i don't want a 5 by 5 pixel pic in a 400 by 200 pixel banner it just doesn't look right.

    5.I like cheese.

    6.I only take 3 requests at a time. Please wait before it's your turn.

    7.I will have no "Dude my request is taking forever when are you going to be done" or "have you started my request yet". I'll take as long as i like remember I'm not a computer I have a life.

    8.If you want anything in your banner changed ask me don't do it yourself.

    9.I am picky about the pic so i probably will tell you if it is good or not.

    10.Specify the size if you put something like "The one in Azonic's sig" your request will be ignored

    11.I will no use images as backgrounds.

    12.I wil not use sprites.

    13.Please wait a week beore requesting again.

    14.Follow both Pokecommunity and Grahpic Photography rules.

    15. I will not use anime pictures, sugimoris, or fan arts unless they have good quality. And by good i mean the shadings.

    Follow the rules and everybody is happy....

    Don't follow the rules and i'll get Loki <3 or Forest Grovyle <3 down here to whip you >.<

    @weird japanese letters i cant read - i cant use the stock it isn't usable.
     
    Mate, Eeveon, your request is impossible. Brown pokemon, blue background? Huge space? Whatever I do will be very ugly.
