I personally like Uxie.

Phione isn't a legendary, I believe.

I like Darkrai (LOL LYK EVRY1 ELS), only because he's deadly in battle, and his defense is pretty good (Base of 90).

i'd have to tie between Arceus and Darkrai. Arceus because it is the god of pokemon and can change its type with what it's holding and Darkrai because its movepool is perfect to go along with its stats and ability Bad Dreams and they both look plain freakin' awesome.

Phione's more of a "puesdo" legendary pokemon in my opinon.

Dialga wins my vote, although I like Arceus a lot too.
