Throw a Poke Ball.

I'm just worried if this is something like Pokemon Movie 13, there might be a very angry mother Zoroark...
 
Scenario
With all your might, you hurl the Pokeball at the Zorua. The Zorua is absorbed into the red and white ball. One shake... Two shakes... Three shakes... And the Pokeball bust open, letting the Zorua run around again. What do you do?

Options
1. Throw another Pokeball
2. Tell Koaruhie to use Water Gun
3. Run away
4. Help your frineds up, and let them catch Zorua
5. Check out that disk beside you

water gun. definately water gun. don't attack it after that though. you don't want to kill it/make it faint.
 
Scenario
You command Koaruhie to use Water Gun on Zorua, knowing that another Pokeball would be useless. It spits a powerful jet of water out of its beak at the brown fox. The Water Gun does quite a lot of damage. Then, Zorua begins to glow white. 'Uh oh!' you say, as you think Zorua may be evolving. But, when it stops glowing, it has stayed as a Zorua, only it lost its shiny colouration. It looks really tired. What do you do now?

1. Koaruhie! Water Gun!
2. "Pokeball go"
3. Run away
4. Check out that disk beside you
5. Run away
6. Help your friends up

Pokeball. Zoroark is too good of a lead to pass up.

That and having an extra pokemon will make the battle against the friends so much easier.

But why did Zorua lose it's shiny condition? This can't happen in the anime or the games ._.
 
Scenario
You hurl another Pokeball at the now non shiny Zorua. The black fox get sucked in, and the Pokeball shakes once... Shakes twice... Shakes thrice...
And stops shaking! You had caught the Zorua! You run over to the Pokeball and pick it up, pleased with your first catch. However, a Chrononeko had stolen the disk beside you while your eyes were fixed on the Pokeball.
"Hey you! What about our Battle Royale you said we'd have?" Amy and John yelled, their Pokemon by their side. What do you do?

Options
1. Let your new Pokemon battle
2. Let Koaruhie battle
3. Decline the Battle Royale
4. Stand still
5. Rush home
6. Continue onto Route 2
