Choosing which egg to incubate

Reading the thread on which Pokemon you last hatched made me wonder-- how do you all decide which egg you will incubate after the last one hatches? Do you do all of the 2kms first and then work your way up, go in order of when they were gained, choose the one you have the most of, how much walking you'll do, or just by random? For me I will incubate according to how many of each I have, so if I have more 2kms I will choose one of them, but if I have more 5kms then I will choose that to incubate. I've only done two 10kms so far, but I've had one in my possession for a while that I will probably start soon in the blue incubator (I actually still have 4 of them so I don't really need to wait).

I can't speak for everyone, but I buy incubators when I have no more than one 2km egg remaining in my inventory. Usually when I'm at 1x 2km egg and 8x combination of 5km/10km eggs, I spend the coins necessary to purchase eight regular incubators (blue) to bulk incubate/hatch the eggs.

If you have any regular incubators at your disposal at any time, never use them on the 2km eggs. Always use the infinite incubator on 2km eggs unless you have none. Walking 2km takes very little time and you'd get no value out of the regular incubators if you waste them on the 2km eggs.

Honestly, in the end, it doesn't matter when you choose to hatch which eggs first. You're going to hatch them all eventually anyway. Waiting just delays your acquisition of the Pokémon, the candies and the Stardust. Just bear in mind which incubators you're using so you get the most value out of them.

Its simple. The 3-time incubators are expensive, or if you are not paying money, they are rare and require lots of arena grinding to get. So you want these to last 30 km, or in the worst case, 15 km.

So the 2km eggs always go into the eternal incubator, no exception. If you have many of them, just walk them off until you are stuck with 5km and 10km eggs, in that case i put 5km eggs in the eternal one, again with no hesitation.

First priority for the rare/expensive 3-time incubators are the 10km eggs, followed by 5km.

if you always buy many of the 3-use incubators, it costs you around 10 euros/dollars for every 15 km you walk, based on the huge amounts of 5km eggs, given that you see enough pokestops. Its a big money-sink, you pay for pokemon, it adds up. So you cannot keep it up unless you want to spend 100+ on the game eventually, in that case, you got to at least try to be as efficient as possible.

You cannot afford to lose one of the rare/expensive incubators after just 6km, when its supposed to last 15 or 20 or 25 or 30km.

I usually use the infinite incubator for 2km eggs then the 3 time use for the 5 and 10 km. I haven't gotten any 10 or 2 km recently so using the infinite one currently for all my 5 km.

like many others, only the 2km eggs go into the infinite incubator. sucks when i end up with 6x 2km eggs like i did yesterday.

If I have any limited use incubators I'll put my highest km eggs in those first and leave the 2km for unlimited. And since I've only gotten one 10km egg in the last 2 months lol the limited use incubators tend to always incubate 5kms.

Unlimited incubator always incubates 2km eggs first to make quick space for others from pokéstops. Otherwise I'll select my first 5km egg on the list.

As everyone mentioned I hatch my lower km eggs in the infinite incubator. I'm unwilling to spend money on the game, so I use my infinite incubator on all 2 km and 5 km eggs. I use the 3x use incubators on the 10 km only, which sadly I pretty much never get.
