    IVs:

    Def: 24 :D
    SpA: 30 :DDDD
    SpD: 7 :(
    Spd: 16 :(

    Well, I can throw in a lvl 47 Shiny Rash Dialga UT.
    It has all of its basic moves, so you can do with it what you wish from a clean slate.
