Alright, I'm gonna cut straght to the point here. I heard theres a way to clone, even in crystal, in the metal generation. Anyone care to elaborate?

Yeah. But a warning: it doesn't work in Crystal.
Save. Now put the pokémon you want to clone in a empty box in your PC.
Once you have done this, select "Change Box". It will force you to save the game. Well, when the "Saving" message pops up, shut the power down. And voilà! Now you have the poké in your team and in your box.

I'm positive that it IS possible to clone in Crystal, as I have done it many times.

i used to clone on my pokemon silver but i noticed that a few days later i disapearied im not sure why but it proves that nothing good happens when u cheat.

Cloning messes up your game in the long run, my Silver version no longer saves anymore *sigh*. So I play with my Crystal Version

It does work in Crystal, as Yoshiko says above.

The Crystal cloning DOES work. But youve gotta be MEGA quick. Do the same method as shown by Went. In G/S, youve got pretty much the whole message writing time of 'SAVING......DON'T TURN OFF THE POWER'. Whereas in Crystal, youve got a split second to do it. If I remember rightly, its the point '.....N'T T......'. If you mess it up, you could lose Pok?mon, data, or your whole save file. Dont take my word as final though.
