It's a Japanese Latios that says it's come from the Hoenn region it has 6 IVs and has maxed EV's in Sp. attack and Speed. It seems to look legit not too sure if it is though.

Until just now when Pokemon Bank rejected this Pokemon, I believed it to be legal. I assume that it's being rejected for a good reason or Pokemon Bank thinks that all Jirachi are Shiny locked. Either way, just in case I think this Jirachi should be blacklisted. I know that it's around as I did trade it to some people.

Oh nooo. :( That sucks. My non-shiny WSHMKR Jirachi made it through, so it's likely the latter reason if I had to guess. I didn't even know that Jirachi could be shiny.

Unfortunately, you do not meet the requirements to be an official cloner.

The Rules said:
1. Must have a reliable & legal way to clone.
2. Must NOT have an infraction for offering hacked Pokémon.
3. Must be an active member of PokéCommunity for at least 6 months.
4. Must have a trade thread that has been active for a period of 3 months, or have an [Intermediate] trade review thread, or be an established trader.
5. Must have a post count of at least 100 posts.
