Someone closed one of my threads and they didn't say why. Its not breaking any rules plus they didn't post saying why it was closed. Can you help?

If you want to dispute the reason a thread has been closed, can you please contact the staff member in question and I am sure they will be happy to explain why.
You don't need to broadcast it on the public forum.
In this case, you can contact Erik Destler or bobandbill to ask why since there was no explanation on the closed thread.

Ah, I believe that thread was closed because the D/P/Pt and HGSS sections were merged and when that was done, this thread was made so one could say which game out of DPPt and HGSS they got instead of just out of DPPt. That was so the thread wouldn't be bumped like other threads and given a lot of threads were closed for the same reason not all were posted in to say the exact same thing just to push them to the top of the list and hence push the others off the first page. (Origianlly only a select few threads were going to be merged but a lot more ended up being moved during the merge).
But yes, next time you can just PM the mods of the section to ask why.
