Clothing question

This may sound dumb to some people, but I can't play with the new outfit that they give you by default in USUM. I just can't. So anyway, I was just wondering if the first clothing store's items are expensive. I don't mind going for several minutes without any potions and actual in-game items that help, but I just can't play with the default outfits. If there are any clothing stores in the first areas, will I be able to afford the items after battling all the trainers, etc?

If Hau'oli City has the same clothing store that it has in regular SM, you can go there after the tutorial/getting your starter and get some new clothes. It should be next door to the haircut place.

serebii's trainer customization page for USUM. Look for the prices of male clothes found in the Hau'oli City Apparel Shop. They look slightly more expensive than the clothes that shop sold in regular SM.

The only one that appealed to me was the plain tee. I hate tanks, but I love the half-sleeved shirts. Honestly, there are way too many tanks and too few shirts. I understand that the region is tropical, but XY had a much better collection.
