Is a 5 iv sassy nature with 21 in defense worth keeping or should i look for a timid or jolly nature with good ivs?

I would use a Naive Cobalion @ Life Orb with Close Combat, Iron Head, Hidden Power Ice and Volt Switch, since it gets extreme coverage and still has decent power even with 90/90 attacking stats.
