With 25 HP, 31 ATK, 23 Def, 31 Sp ATK, 19 SpDef, 21 Spe IVs. Unfortunattly it is Quiet natured.

what are its IV's in atk and spd and lol i have a modest and Timid im looking for an adamant one cuz lucario is one of my favorite pokemon
 
Wow i just calculated it It's 4 in Atk and 18 in Speed. T.T unless i'm doing something wrong but i doubt it....
