IV breeds: (at least 2 perfect IVs, above average if possible on all others<not required>)
LARVITAR, adamant with dragon dance: 31 IVs in attack and speed OR
LARVITAR, adamant with pursuit: 31 IVs in attack and HP
and
Hypnosis FEEBAS, bold: 31 IVs in HP, Defense and Sp Defense, + above average in Sp Attack.

I can offer Events and shinies, the list of which can be found on my trade site. Pls let me know what you might need/find. Thanks.

Zapdos - Platinum - Brave
Zapdos - 10 Aniv - Naughty
Zapdos - Bryant Park - Relaxed
Zapdos - XD - Quirky

This is all of them, unless I missed one, just tell me if I did.

Just updated with quite a few more events.
