Can't tell you exactly, but it's essentially a record of many of the more unknown hacks out there, meaning stuff that can only be detected via pokesav checking and hex checking.....In other words, pokemon that look entirely legit on the outside, but when looking at their coding and how they were made, they don't match legit ones obtained directly from the event.

To answer your other question, at the moment, there is nothing else I want from your list.
