Colour pallet not changing. FR [Solved]

I made the changes needed so the player character on the trainer card changes, but the colour pallet is not changing. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Use hex Maniac advance to import this instead , I think the image is not in q6 colours so you need to decrease the colour depth using irfanview to 16 colours from 256 colours
