ITT: Do you like to read comics and / or graphic novels? If so, what titles do you deem your favorite? Do you prefer to read paper comics or webcomics? If you know of any good web comics, then feel free to share because I'm also looking for some.

Yeah, I think you spelt Hobbes right. Hmmm, I personally recommend:

Maus (a true story about the holocaust)
Bone
Asterix
Tintin
Mortadelo Y Filemon (It's Spanish- don't know if it has been translated into English though)
Calvin and Hobbes (also good like the guy above me said)

These are my own personal preferences, it's up to you!

If you are interested, I like a few webcomics...
Schlock Mercenary is a long-running science fiction comedy.
Dr. McNinja is about, well, a ninja who is a doctor.
Xkcd is pretty intellectually funny.
Least I Could Do is a very random Sunday-paper type comic.

It's never been an obsession beyond archive binges for webcomics. I've only read manga sporadically.

XKCD and Calvin and Hobbes are among my favorites, though.

I own some manga, liked reading the comics in the newspapers when we used to get them, but never really read webcomics. Don't know why, because I rather like the medium.

As for what I own, I've only bought the latter half of Cardcaptor Sakura, DN Angel, some of Inuyasha, Tokyo Mew Mew, the Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories manga (iirc), and Soul Eater. Not much at all, really. I like them all I guess. I've only read Soul Eater lately as I haven't collected manga in years. It was something I did in my first two years of high school when I had the money. :/

I haven't really read any comic from the newspaper or American comics lately it has been straight manga for me :] WANT MORE...ROSARIO+VAMPIRE II NOWWWWWW. I have also be browing web comic lately and some of the ones I have read are pokemon related but they are hilarious xD.

I read manga, and I enjoy it. I don't like reading it off the web though, because it hurts my eyes, and I rather have the actually book. Its easier, and I can actually lend it to someone else to read :D

I'm into Vampire Knight and Fairy Tail right now :3

I don't read many print-comics anymore. I don't subscribe to a newspaper when I'm away from school and can't be bothered subscribing to the online syndications for some reason. But I do really like Calvin & Hobbes, Dilbert, Baby Blues (old stuff of it, anyway), and Zits. n_n[/font]

I used to read Rooster Teeth, but it's since fallen out of the point where I enjoy reading it.
