I would not exactly call that crazy, then. ...Although, I have to ask what you do use if plastic bags are out of the picture.
 
Planting trees and flowers are fun :DDD
I have this bracelet I wear, that's green, and it has a recycling charm on it :x

I just meant people think I'm crazy in general. XD;
And I use canvas, Bring them myself to the store, etc.
 
I... wouldn't consider myself an environmentalist since I don't really care much about the environment, but I don't go out of my way to litter or anything. I actually get on my parents' cases about when they don't sort the recycling or when they put non-compostable items in the compost bin. :[ Plus I've been literally begging to switch over to those energy conserving lightbulbs to no avail.

But that's mostly because I was just raised/taught to do all that stuff and I like the swirly lightbulbs because they give off better light. XD
 
Oh yeah, those light bulbs are great! They cost more, but last longer and are so much better.
I'm pretty hardcore about it sometimes. XD Which is funny, my sister is all about saving homeless people and hungry children. XD
 
They cost more but they save you A LOT of money. My dad switched over to those. Everything in the house that has a light bulb uses those twirly ones. His electric bill went down by 50%.
 
My parents won't switch because they're "unsightly" and we're "selling the house soon" even though they've been saying the latter for about 3 years.

._. I had the swirly bulbs in my bedroom for a while but when I came back from university in August, they'd switched them back.

They're awesome in most senses it's just... augh, my lightbulbs. :( WHY DID THEY EVEN BUY THEM IF WE WON'T USE THEM!? I didn't buy 'em myself, I just found them in the closet with all the other lightbulbs.
 
I hate those bulbs, every time I've tried them they burned out in a month, and then I was out the extra money it cost me to buy them. IMO, total wast of money.

Did you buy them at the dollar store or an actual store? XD
 
I dunno how long they last in my house because I've never had them in the whole time *grumble grumble* but I do know that when my mom replaced them with regular bulbs, those bulbs all died a few months later. The environmentally friendly ones had been going for at least 5 months when I left home.

Yeah they last a really long time. They are better they save tons of money.

I got ripped off. T-T Wal~Mart is crap, and so is most of their products, well at least the ones on sale.
 
Haha, I buy games from there. :3 And gaming systems. And your mom. Haha just kidding. Walmart isn't that bad.
