[Items] Competitive items

so im really struggling to earn the BP to get any good items for my pokes, the majority of the time I spend on pokemon is either breeding or battling my mates, which im at a disadvantage for due to my lack of items,
so does anyone have some magic way of poofing a few items that they may be able to share with me?

Expert Belt, Life orbs, Left overs, Focus Sash mainly but ill take anything you can spare ahaha

I don't have an extra life orb, but I know you find those on wild absol in oras. Just use the dexnav to find absol and start chaining it.

If you use Pokemon Bank, you can get BP for storing Pokemon there. If you have it, log in to it and check to see if there are BP waiting for you.
