Competitive team building help

I realised that I only have 5/6 pokemon in my party and I was wondering what good Hoenn pokemon I could put in. Btw, party so far is Umbreon, Charizard, Scizor, Gabite, and Phanpy in the future. 3 pokemon I'm hopg to put in are either Salamance, Flygon, or Metagross.
 
Putting in Flygon and Salamence in isn't a good idea because they share that 4x Ice weakness with Garchomp. Not to mention a 2x weakness to Fairy, and Donphan is already weak to Ice as well. So you'll want something as an Ice resist in that final slot....which Metagross does, though its Dark and Ghost weaknesses are concerning. But idk, maybe Umbreon can handle that for it.Hell, maybe when ORAS releases Mega Metagross will be boss.

Nature: Adamant
Ability: Clear Body
EVs: 252 HP, 252 Attack, 4 Sp.Defense
Moves: Meteor Mash, Bullet Punch, Earthquake, Zen Headbutt

There's not much else in the Hoenn dex that makes for a good Ice resist. Milotic and Walrein are really meh this generation.

Unless you wanna use Kyogre.

If we're going outside the Hoenn dex, stuff like Empoleon, Vaporeon, Keldeo, Suicune, Aegislash, maybe Greninja make for decent Ice resisits.
