Computer toughness

Despite its old age, my Compaq Presario 5000 lasted me about 10 years from the date it was built, and it only finally klonked out a few weeks ago, that things been beat by me whenever something bad would happen to it, it survived everything, from simple hits, to stupid relatives shoving theyre hands in it when its open and i'm working on it.........

The slightly newer Insignia D300a really hasnt seen abuse from me, considering its the most effective computer i own
 
Well my Toshib laptop once fell from my bed. Would you believe it, its seems to be actually running faster! Luckly, there was no cracks or damage
 
This computer that I am using now has:

1. Fallen on the floor
2. Been thrown outside
3. Fallen down stairs
4. Been kicked several times
5. Had the RAM chips pulled out by a ten year old

And it still works fine. The RAM is undamaged as well. And I'm not kidding about it being thrown outside. My sister basically screamed at the computer when the mouse wasn't working, she unplugged everything, walked downstairs, opened the door and threw it outside.
