Question: Confusion about CSS

Not sure if this is the right place to ask but I am little bit confused about the syntax on PC
I'm used to BBCode and I'm used to HTML/CSS, but I'm not quite sure how they're merged here; do I do something like [div style="etc"] or is it handled completely differently?
