The way the outfit lays is similar and the way that their hair comes up on either side is very similar.

Not just hair dye... mysterious eye colour change too (does Kris were contacts?!). Personally, I think they look barely alike. So both their hair sticks up. If one wasn't replacing the other, people wouldn't notice the similarity. Silver and Roark on the other hand...

Yep, like everyone else says: big hair sticking out at the sides under the hat, then the small tight shorts. Those are the only similarities.
