My Swellow Aero was perfect for Cool Contests .
My Cacturne Needles was what got me in contests perfect for Smart Contest.
My Jiglypuff(cute but rough) Poofy took care of the Tought Contests .
My Luvdisc Leblanc managed to win all Cute Contests,still I cannot get her in-gallery.
I am currently training my Vanessa, my Milotic for that she wins all Beauty Contests and trying to make Leblanc get drawn.

Anyone knows how to make a good Milotic Beauty Moveset ? : / I couldn't ask this in a proper thread because they wouldn't let me post in it. : )

Curse and Destiny Bond is a combo that nets 16 hearts for DBond.

I usually put Take Down and Focus Energy/Harden, but I haven't played my Emerald since forever so I can't comment.

Banette also can learn Curse/DBond, but Smeargle has much more freedom in move choices.

Ms. Berlitz, I'm sorry that I can't help you for a Milotic MS (don't use them as I put weird Pokemon for contests, like Phanpy in Intelligence) but my Chansey (Lune) has won Master rank and gained her face in the gallery. It came really close though and I had to rely on scarves and berries.

It's not the best, but if you like, here's the MS of her and my Linoone named Nami, who I use for Cute Contests.
